For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all cosmetic and skincare products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sofancy_co@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

So Fancy & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting shipping options with tracking and ensuring a secure delivery location.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed quickly. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
