PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During launches, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.

 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, So Fancy & Co. ships within the United States only.

(International shipping may be added in the future.)

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

So Fancy & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

 LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

So Fancy & Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review and assist accordingly.
